The Meeting block displays practical information about the next meeting.
To add this block, type /meeting then select Meeting.

Information displayed

  • Date
  • Time
  • Meeting link / video call
The end time is optional — if none is set, the block shows only the start time. An Add to calendar button is shown to readers so they can create the event in their calendar.

Customisation

The Meeting block inherits from the Callout block. You can therefore apply the same style options:
  • Colour
  • Background
  • Border
  • Text colour
  • Icon
