The Document Transformation service lets you send your existing documents (PDF, Word, Excel) and have our team restructure them into fully formatted There documents using custom blocks.
To access this service, open a document and click Transform existing document in the action menu, or go to Account & Billing → Services.

How it works

  1. Upload one or more files (PDF, Word or Excel — max 20 MB per file).
  2. Submit your request.
  3. Our team audits your document and rebuilds it as a structured There document, using the appropriate blocks (attendance, tasks, progress tracking, etc.).
  4. You receive the transformed document within 3 business days.

Pricing

Billing occurs after delivery of the transformed document.
Use this service to migrate your existing meeting minutes into There — your team can then continue editing them with all the structured blocks available in the platform.
