Create a note

From the there.do mobile app, you can capture:
  • text
  • photos
  • voice
For setup: See the Mobile App section.In voice mode, AI generates a final summary. You still keep the audio, the transcript, and the original note (text + photos).

Delete and restore a note

Deleting a note moves it to your organization’s Trash rather than removing it immediately.
  1. Delete the note from its menu.
  2. Open the organization Trash to find it, listed alongside deleted documents, sorted by deletion date. The Trash list only shows notes deleted within the last 30 days.
  3. Restore it from the same Trash view — or, after that window, from the note’s own page if you still have its link and write access.
Deleted notes do not count against your document allowance — notes are unlimited.
