Each note has a visibility level. It is private by default, then you can expand access when needed.

Visibility levels

  1. Private (default): only visible to you.
  2. Organization: all organization members can edit the note.
  3. Public link: anyone with the link can edit the note.

Special case: guest users

For a guest user, a new note is automatically created with Organization visibility. This simplifies field collection without extra manual steps.
A guest only sees their own notes. They cannot edit notes created by other people.

Change visibility

  1. Open the note.
  2. Click the visibility status at the top left.
  3. Select the appropriate visibility level.

Share a note

From the same visibility menu, you can:
  • Copy link
  • Share on WhatsApp
  • Invite by email
