Files attached to a document are automatically available to recipients when the document is shared.

Add files

  1. Open the document.
  2. Click the Files tab in the side panel.
  3. Add your files.
Files are immediately available to anyone with access to the document.

Add files after sending

You can attach new files after the document has been sent. Recipients can access them without any further action on your part.
Files added after sending are immediately visible to all recipients — no need to send a follow-up.
