Appendix items (files and links) attached to a document are automatically available to recipients when the document is shared.
  1. Open the document.
  2. Click the Appendix tab in the side panel.
  3. Add your files, or click Add link to enter a URL.
Appendix items are immediately available to anyone with access to the document. You can attach new files or links after the document has been sent. Recipients can access them without any further action on your part.
Appendix items added after sending are immediately visible to all recipients — no need to send a follow-up.
