Enhanced note templates help you control summary structure and detail level.
This feature is available starting from the Team plan.

Create a template

  1. Select your organization from the top left.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Data Models.
  4. Create a new template.
  5. Enter a template name.
  6. Add a context with your custom instruction.
  7. Save the template.

Apply a template to a voice note

For each audio-based note, you can select or change the template based on your needs. Template examples:
  • site visit
  • site meeting
  • estimate preparation
This gives you better control over highlighted fields and makes document reuse easier.
