Subject
The subject defaults to the document title. You can edit it freely.Message body
The body supports rich formatting:- Type
/to access formatting commands (headings, lists, etc.) - Select text to access options: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, colour, alignment
- Use the same shortcuts as in the document editor
AI suggestions
Press space in the body to trigger AI suggestions. Four modes are available:| Mode | Usage |

| Spark interest | Reframe the message to capture the recipient’s attention |
| Key points | Extract the essential points from the document as a list |
| Professional email | Generate a formal message suited to a client send |
| Team message | Generate a short message suited to an internal distribution |
