Before sending, customise the subject and the message accompanying your document.

Subject

The subject defaults to the document title. You can edit it freely.

Message body

The body supports rich formatting:
  • Type / to access formatting commands (headings, lists, etc.)
  • Select text to access options: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, colour, alignment
  • Use the same shortcuts as in the document editor

AI suggestions

Press space in the body to trigger AI suggestions. Four modes are available:

Preview before sending

Click Preview email next to the sender field to see exactly what recipients will receive — branding, subject, message and document preview — before you send.
Preview is available for the default There notification email. It isn’t available when sending through your own mail client.
