What is tracked

OpenedThe recipient opened the document
PDF downloadThe recipient downloaded the document as a PDF
Access via public link is counted as anonymous.

Identify non-readers

The view lists the status of each recipient. You can immediately spot those who have not yet opened the document.

Follow up manually

From the tracking view, you can individually follow up with a recipient who hasn’t read.
