From the web app, a note can be moved into a document quickly.

Reuse a note in a document

  1. Open your document.
  2. Open the right panel with notes.
  3. Drag and drop the note into the document to add it in full.
You can also open the note and reuse only selected parts (sections, photos, text), for example to build a focused photo gallery in the document.

Use AI on a note

In a note, click Ask AI and enter your instruction. Examples:
  • improve writing
  • fix spelling
  • rephrase
  • translate
  • extract action items

Add a note to document AI context

  1. Open the target document.
  2. Open the right panel with notes.
  3. On the note, open the menu.
  4. Choose Add to there AI context.
  5. Open AI chat and enter your specific instruction.
From the same menu, you can also choose Merge into this document when needed.
