Connect Kroqi

Open integrations

Click your avatar at the bottom left of the sidebar, then select Integrations.

Connect the account

On the Kroqi row, click Connect.

Enter the 4 required fields

Fill in all fields in the Kroqi setup dialog, then click Connect.

Fields to prepare

  1. Workspace URL Use your Kroqi workspace URL.
  2. API key In Kroqi, click the company icon (top left), then Settings, then create an API key. Paste it in the API key field.
  3. Email Enter the email address of the Kroqi account used for this connection.
  4. Password Enter the password for the same Kroqi account.
For security, the password is encrypted before being stored in the database. The connection is active for all subsequent shares.

Send a document to Kroqi

Open the extended share menu

In the document, click the chevron to the right of the Share button.

Select Kroqi

Choose Send to Kroqi.

Select a project

Select the destination project, then confirm.
The PDF is generated in Kroqi after sending.
