There is priced by the number of documents your organization creates, not by the number of people who use it. Members, guests, and recipients do not add seats or increase the subscription price. For current prices, see the pricing page.

One allowance: created documents

A document uses one unit when it is created. Notes, photos, voice recordings, transcriptions, and AI enhancements do not use documents and are unlimited on every plan. The allowance is shared across the organization. A document created by any member is deducted from the same monthly allowance.

Free and Pro use the AI model selected by There. Team and Business let you choose among the available models. AI use does not create a separate credit allowance.

Choose by document volume

  • Free is a permanent plan for occasional use. It includes 5 new documents per month and unlimited notes.
  • Pro is suited to a few sites followed every week. It adds PDF export, Create next, email signature, and removal of There branding.
  • Team is designed for an agency or team producing up to 100 documents per month. It adds AI·there, templates, and AI model choice.
  • Business supports larger volumes and collaboration across companies. It adds team folders, external guests, connectors, and advanced administration features.
The number of sites shown on the pricing page is an estimate to help you choose. It is not a technical limit. An organization may follow more sites that produce fewer documents, or fewer sites that produce more.

Enterprise

Enterprise is for deployments that require a tailored volume, rollout, or level of support. A project may include a pilot, team training, document migration, custom connectors, and a dedicated project manager. The exact scope and price are defined in a quote. View or change your plan

  1. Select your organization in the top-left corner.
  2. Open Settings → Plans.
  3. Review the active plan or choose another one.

Start with Team access

Every new organization starts with 14 days of Team access. No credit card is required, and there is no automatic charge. If you do not subscribe, the organization moves automatically to Free. Learn how the first 14 days work.
