All billing operations (invoices, payment methods, subscriptions, and tax settings) are managed through the billing portal.

Access the billing portal

Open your organisation settings

Click on your organisation name in the top-left corner, then go to Settings.

Go to the Plans section

In the left sidebar, select Plans. From there you can view your current plan and switch plans.

Open the billing portal

Click Manage billing and payments. This opens the billing portal where all invoices, payment methods, and subscription settings are managed.

Invoices

Download and view your invoices.

Payment method

View and update your payment method.

Cancel subscription

Cancel your current plan.

VAT

Add or update your VAT number.
