View and update your payment method

Open your organisation settings

Click on your organisation name in the top-left corner, then go to Settings.

Go to the Plans section

In the left sidebar, select Plans. From there you can view your current plan and switch plans.

Open the billing portal

Click Manage billing and payments. This opens the billing portal where all invoices, payment methods, and subscription settings are managed.
Once in the billing portal, go to Payment methods. Your current payment method is displayed there. To add or replace it:
  1. Click Add payment method to add a new card or bank account.
  2. Once added, set it as the default method.
  3. Optionally remove the old payment method.
Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
