VAT and taxes - There

Prices shown on There’s pricing page exclude taxes. Any applicable VAT or other tax is calculated from the billing information associated with the organization.

Add or update billing information

Select your organization in the top-left corner.
Open Settings.
Select Plans.
Click Manage billing and payments.
Update the legal name, billing address, and VAT number where applicable.

Changes apply to future invoices. They do not automatically alter an invoice that has already been issued.

Correct an issued invoice

If an issued invoice contains incorrect billing or VAT information, contact hello@there.do with the organization name, invoice number, and correction required.

The amount and tax treatment shown at checkout are based on the billing information provided there. Make sure those details are complete before confirming the subscription.
