Create an account
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft, or with any email address. There are no passwords: a magic link or a verification code is sent to your email each time you log in.
Custom SSO (SAML) is available on request. Contact the team to enable it.
Your organisation
When you create your account, an organisation is automatically generated from your domain name. If a logo is found for that domain, it is applied automatically.
To update your organisation profile:
- Click on your organisation in the top-left corner.
- Go to Settings → Update profile.
From this screen, you can:
- Add or replace the logo
- Customise the organisation name
- Edit the slug (custom URL)
The slug is used when sharing documents, for example: app.there.do/org/my-company.
Leave or delete the organisation
Both actions are available from the same Settings view.
Deleting the organisation is irreversible. All documents, notes, and
associated data will be permanently removed.
