Everything in there.do is a block

A document is built block by block: heading, paragraph, image, task, table, and more. Each element stays independent, so you can structure a document freely without a rigid format. A note is also a block: you can drag and drop it into a document like any other element.

Blocks can transform

Any block can be converted into another block type to present the same information differently. Common examples:
  • convert a paragraph into a heading
  • convert a list into a checklist
  • convert text into a task
To convert a block, open the block options menu and choose the conversion action. You can also ask AI in natural language to make these changes directly from the block options.

Blocks can be rearranged

Use the block handle to drag and drop an element anywhere on the page. You can quickly reorganize a note or report without cutting and pasting text. The same handle also gives access to block options and related AI actions.
