# Enhanced note templates

> Configure AI templates to control voice note summaries

Enhanced note templates help you control summary structure and detail level.

## Create a template

1. Select your organization from the top left.
2. Open **Settings**.
3. Go to **Data Models**.
4. Create a new template.
5. Enter a **template name**.
6. Add a **context** with your custom instruction.
7. Save the template.

## Apply a template to a voice note

For each audio-based note, you can select or change the template based on your
needs.

Template examples:

* site visit
* site meeting
* estimate preparation

This gives you better control over highlighted fields and makes document reuse
easier.
