# AI⋅there

> AI agent built into the document: contextual chat, note merging and change review

AI⋅there (pronounced "Hi, there!") is a side chat panel anchored to the open
document, able to read its content and propose changes directly inside the
document.

## Open the agent

Click the <Icon icon="bot-message-square" size={16} /> icon to open the side
panel: the icon appears to the right of the document when the panel is closed,
or in the top tabs when the panel is already open. You can select the AI model,
enter your instruction and attach files or images.

Each document keeps the history of your conversations. You can resume a
conversation, start a new one or delete one at any time.

## Use notes with the agent

From the notes list, click <Icon icon="ellipsis" size={16} /> on a
note to access AI actions:

* **Merge into document** — sends the note directly to the agent with a merge
  instruction.
* **Add to AI context** — adds the note to the context without triggering the
  agent. Useful to accumulate several notes before sending an instruction.

## Review proposals

Once the agent is done, it presents its changes inside the document. You can:

* **Accept all** or **reject all** in one click.
* Navigate change by change using the arrows in the centre bar (bottom of the
  document) and accept or reject each change individually.

AI proposes, you decide.
