# Free and the first 14 days of Team access

> Learn what new organizations can use during their first 14 days and what happens when they move to Free.

Every new organization automatically starts with 14 days of Team access. This lets you use Team features in real work before deciding whether to subscribe.

No credit card or activation is required to start. You are not charged automatically at the end.

## During the first 14 days

Your organization can use Team features, including:

* up to 100 documents per month;
* unlimited members, guests, recipients, and notes;
* PDF export and Create next;
* AI·there and AI model choice;
* document and enhanced note templates;
* getting-started support.

The access period begins when the new organization is created.

## At the end of the 14 days

If you have not selected a paid plan, the organization moves automatically to Free. Free has no time limit and includes 5 new documents per month.

Your documents and notes remain accessible and editable. Features not included in Free are turned off, including document PDF export, Create next, templates, AI·there, and AI model choice.

## Subscribe during or after Team access

An organization admin can choose a paid plan at any time:

1. Select the organization in the top-left corner.
2. Open **Settings → Plans**.
3. Choose the plan and billing cycle.
4. Confirm payment.

If you subscribe after moving to Free, the paid features become available again when the subscription is activated.
