# Cancel subscription

> Cancel your there subscription from the billing portal.

## Cancel your subscription

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your organisation settings">
    Click on your organisation name in the top-left corner, then go to **Settings**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go to the Plans section">
    In the left sidebar, select **Plans**. From there you can view your current plan and switch plans.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the billing portal">
    Click **Manage billing and payments**. This opens the billing portal where all invoices, payment methods, and subscription settings are managed.
  </Step>

Once in the billing portal:

1. Go to **Subscription**.
2. Click **Cancel plan**.
3. Confirm the cancellation.

<Note>
  Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
</Note>

To reactivate a cancelled subscription, return to the same section and select a new plan.
